The son of Cuban immigrants that were victims of Castro's revolution, Glenn's bloodline is concentrated with resilience, innovation and an unapologetic appreciation for life, people and the power of perseverance.
In the late 50's, Glenn's father Frank Llopis left his beloved Cuba with his music and his wife Jenny and re-emerged as one of the most highly respected and admired Latin musicians of his time. Known as the first to "cross-over" American Rock-N-Roll with the rhythms and sounds of Salsa and Meringue, Frank Llopis and his quartet "Los Llopis" reached the popularity of The Beatles throughout Mexico, Central America and Spain. Frank had a dream to share his musical talents despite living during a time of tremendous social and political unrest. Through his undaunted will, he prevailed and with his wife raised a family passionate for beauty, life and the human spirit. After his musical career, Frank Llopis returned to his second passion - chemical engineering - where he served 17 years as a Quality Control Superintendent at the Miller Brewing Company and was instrumental in the development of Miller Lite. |

| It is from Glenn's strong family and cultural roots that he developed his entrepreneurial passion and perseverance. From high school in Azusa, California as Student Body President, to UCLA as the Chancellor's Award Winner, and throughout his career as both corporate officer and entrepreneur, Glenn has been "the people's" leader. His charismatic personality compels the best in others. His confidence and motivational style add energy and inspiration to every environment. He is always passionate to see individuals attain their dreams and to see organizations achieve their visions. |

In a world of deception, greed and short term goals, Glenn focuses on re-kindling visions and excitement, by treating people with honor and respect. An "old soul with a young heart" he is always ready to share a word of wisdom from his experience. These traits stem from his parents who are 19 years apart and whose father is 93 years old. He has a deep appreciation for life's lessons and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.
Glenn doesn't judge people on social status or background. He understands we all have special talents and character traits that can be stimulated and encouraged to blossom. For this reason, he has always been active in mentoring programs and community outreach. Glenn has served as a Rotary member and was selected to participate in an exchange program in Buenos Aires, Argentina to discuss local community, business and governmental affairs. |

He has tremendous admiration for his parents, brother Eric (who is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Pepsi) and the mentors and special friends who have unconditionally stood by his side. It is Glenn's highest desire to make a difference in the world and its people. |

Glenn's commitment to fitness / athletics is strong as he trains in the gym 3-4 times a week. In fact, Glenn continues to compete on the gridiron as one of the top 5 rated passers in his Flag Football League (see Glenn in action in the video on the left as he throws the Championship winning pass). |
