Change Management

At its core, the cultural demographic shift is all about change management and the influence it has on corporate business models by learning how to create the ideal ecosystem to maximize the full potential of the enterprise.

Disrupting Growth

Companies across all industries and functional areas are unknowingly creating tension with employees, clients, strategic partners and consumers because they lack the know-how to most authentically engage with them.

Thought Leadership

This one-day intensive summit will be fueled by keynotes, roundtables and interactive breakout sessions to prepare your organization for the shift through the sharing of best practices.

Embrace Differences

The cultural shift is less about the business defining the individual and more about the individual defining the business. Embrace differences and the power of authentic engagement. The shift is the new currency for growth.

Create Distinction

Stop mimicking what others are doing to serve the shift and commit to understand what it means to help you grow your business. Ignore the shift, and lose your competitive advantage. Don't Wait, Activate!

Sustainable Growth

Companies who have the right intelligence and best practices to “operationalize” and lead the shift will win the war on talent and trust/loyalty of the new American consumer. Ignore the shift, and lose your competitive advantage.

Strategic Implications

Leaders must now consider the strategic implications of cross-cultural intelligence, diversity of thought and the rapidly evolving insights from the changing face of America’s new workforce, supply chain partners and consumers.

By attending our one-day intensive summit fueled by keynotes, roundtables and interactive breakout sessions, you will learn to prepare your organization’s leadership for the cultural demographic shift by learning how to create the ideal ecosystem (internally and externally) to ignite sustainable growth for your business.

            January 5 2015 - Press Release

            Current Situation:

Hispanics along with African Americans and Asian Pacific Islanders surpassed one third of the U.S. population in 2010. As their numbers continue to rise, they are on track to reach 54% of the population by 2050 – making them the minority-majority. Every day, Fortune 500 companies and leaders across all functional areas and departments are unknowingly creating tension points with their employees, clients and consumers. Why? Because they lack the cultural know-how to most authentically engage with them – and this is what’s making it so difficult to capture favorable and sustainable ROI.

It’s no longer just about “diversity” per se and it’s no longer just a numbers/representation game. It’s about a seismic cultural demographic shift – as Hispanics along with African Americans and Asian Pacific Islanders have already surpassed one third of the U.S. population in 2010 and are on track to reach 54% of the population by 2050. Combined, they will represent $4.2 Trillion, 26.7% of the purchasing power by 2019.   The shift will continue to impact business strategies, enable growth and innovation as companies seek to strengthen their talent and consumer engagement.

Glenn Llopis Group (GLG) has identified first hand that very few corporations are investing in this enormous opportunity because they are not culturally intelligent enough to see the bottom line impact the cultural shift has on their employees, suppliers, strategic partners and consumers – and their uniquely different needs. As a result, every day, Fortune 500 companies and their leaders are unknowingly creating tension with their employees, clients and consumer.  At this Executive Summit, GLG will unveil the necessary strategies and tactics to capture the revenue and market share opportunities that are embedded in the cultural shift that will allow corporations to win the markets that very few lay claim to.

            Summit Premise:

Leading the seismic cultural demographic shift is about the workplace and marketplace telling us that it is becoming less about the business defining the individual and more about the individual defining the business. Corporations and brands must solve the “identity-crisis” they have unknowingly perpetuated amongst diverse, multicultural employees and consumers who believe their unique needs and perspectives are not understood or valued – as evident in the manner in which many corporations do not reflect in their vision, mission, value proposition and/or business model.

These diverse, multicultural employees and consumers are ready to commit their full potential, purchasing power, trust and loyalty to organizations and brands that are ready to commit to them. They are waiting for corporations, across all industries to authentically engage with their unique needs and embrace their diversity of thought to cultivate innovation and initiative together.

Preparing U.S. leadership for the seismic cultural demographic shift is about becoming more culturally proficient in how we authentically lead, innovate and engage with today’s new workforce and consumers - in order to design the right business models to best serve them and drive sustainable/profitable growth.

The shift is about U.S. corporations stimulating America’s economic development and global competitiveness.
