The Diversity of Thought assessment is designed to help you measure how open you are to diversity of thought. This assessment will help you understand the three key indicators that contribute to a more diverse and productive work environment: relationship building, leadership influence, and self-awareness.

Upon completion, you will receive a detailed report with useful information to start cultivating a workplace where everyone feels welcomed to share their insight and contribute to the success of your business.
