Workplace Serendipity Assessment

Measure your growth mindset skills and learn how you manage opportunities for innovation and progress

The Workplace Serendipity Assessment is designed to help your team measure its proficiency in opportunity management. The assessment is based on four critical skills that help you to “earn serendipity” – a term we coined to represent opportunity management, innovation, and the development of a growth mindset. Using these skills as a foundation, your team members can work together to create opportunities for innovation and progress.

Upon completion, we will provide you with a detailed report that outlines your strengths and weaknesses in opportunity management. You can use this information to identify areas where your team needs improvement and take steps to improve your opportunity management skills.

About 7 minutes to completion.
