GLLG was engaged by Deloitte Tax Division to deliver a keynote and breakout sessions at their Inclusive Leadership Summit. The objective was to present to over 100+ senior leaders on the importance of creating inclusive cultures to drive innovation as a growth strategy.
The primary purpose for the engagement was to help Deloitte launch its reimaging inclusion change management strategy.
This keynote and the breakout sessions taught Deloitte leaders to apply these six strategies in actionable and tangible ways – where leaders adopt a natural approach towards being more inclusive and thus consciously cultivate innovation and initiative by choice, not by accident.
Deloitte leaders learned how to create cultures of courage that also strengthen wisdom, demand vulnerability, require diversity of thought, cultivate a mosaic, reclaim one’s leadership identity and influence, maximize potential, and achieve significance through stewardship.
