About GLLG
What is GLLG?

GLLG (Glenn Llopis Group) is a research, consulting and leadership development firm founded by Glenn Llopis. For more than 20 years we have helped Fortune 500 companies, healthcare systems and universities close the gap between what their people are currently giving and what they are fully capable of.

Everything we do is grounded in one integrated methodology: Leadership in the Age of Personalization®.

What is Leadership in the Age of Personalization®?

It is GLLG’s proprietary methodology for moving organizations from standardization to personalization. Most leadership models begin with the role. This one begins with the individual, then builds the environment around them.

It works at two levels in the right sequence. The environment is reshaped through the 5 Shifts of Personalization and measured through the 5 Indicators of Unleashing Individuality. The individual is developed through the 4 Skills of Opportunity Management, the 6 Strategies of the Innovation Mentality and the 4 Questions to Know What You Solve For. Earning Conviction is the spine that makes all of it sustainable.

What is a Serendipity Environment?

A workplace where the process of learning, unlearning and relearning creates unexpected connections. Hidden talents surface, breakthrough ideas take hold and people see and seize opportunities that standardized systems keep invisible.

Building Serendipity Environments is the outcome every GLLG engagement is designed to produce.

How is GLLG different from other leadership consultancies?

Three ways. We do not deliver pre-packaged content. Every program is designed with your team, for your gap. We work on the environment and the individual at the same time, because changing one without the other does not hold. We build conviction into the work from the start, so the investment compounds instead of eroding once the engagement ends.

The results are measured. See our case studies.

What is the difference between glennllopis.com and theglennllopis.com?

This site is GLLG, the firm. It serves organizations: enterprise transformation, leadership development, assessments, keynotes and the Online Academy.

theglennllopis.com is Glenn’s work as The Identity Catalyst. It serves individual mid-career and senior leaders, and teens through Teens UnEdited. Same method, different door.

Working With GLLG
Who does GLLG work with?

Fortune 500 corporations, healthcare systems and higher-education institutions. Clients have included CVS Health, General Mills, Target and the University of Chicago Health System.

Inside those organizations we serve C-suite executives, VPs, directors, managers and early-in-career professionals. The methodology adapts to every level.

What services do you offer?

Six, all built to close the same gap at different levels of the organization: design-thinking sessions and training, roundtable sessions, summit design and facilitation, keynotes, assessments and business intelligence, and one-on-one and group coaching.

We also offer a dedicated AI services practice and the self-paced GLLG Online Academy. Full detail on the Services page.

How does an engagement begin?

With a baseline. Our process moves from awareness to action in five steps. Assess your starting point with research-backed diagnostics. Design a personalized roadmap around your actual gaps. Implement through leadership development, workforce programs and systems redesign. Measure with before-and-after data. Sustain by building internal capability so the transformation outlives us.

The first step is a strategy call. Book one here.

Do you work with individuals, teams or whole organizations?

All three, and often together. Individual leaders through coaching and assessments. Teams and departments through roundtables, workshops and summits. Whole organizations through Serendipity Environment design and multi-year transformation partnerships.

What results have clients seen?

CVS Health saw a 25% increase in employee engagement and an 18% improvement in retention across a six-year partnership. General Mills achieved a 33% improvement in team collaboration. The University of Chicago Health System raised patient experience scores by 32 points. At Target, 95% of participants applied the tools daily.

The full stories are on the Case Studies page.

Do you work in healthcare?

Yes, extensively. Healthcare systems are one of our three core client groups, and Glenn’s book Restoring Humanity in Healthcare Leadership applies the methodology directly to patient care and workforce engagement. We also run a dedicated Healthcare in the Age of Personalization platform. Learn more at healthcare.ageofpersonalization.com.

Assessments
What assessments does GLLG offer?

Seven diagnostic tools, backed by data from more than 1.8 million participants since 2009. They are not personality quizzes. Each one produces an actionable roadmap for a specific dimension: Workplace Serendipity, Age of Personalization, Inclusion as a Growth Strategy, Diversity of Thought, Reinvention Readiness, Unleashing Individuality and the Earning Conviction Assessment that integrates them all.

Explore them on the Assessments page.

How long do the assessments take?

Most take 15 to 20 minutes. The Reinvention Readiness Assessment delivers a personalized roadmap in 15 minutes. The Earning Conviction Assessment takes under 20 minutes and is free.

What is the Earning Conviction Assessment?

The integration diagnostic. The other assessments measure where you stand. This one measures whether you have the conviction to sustain what they reveal. It is built on the five parts of the Earning Conviction framework and shows where understanding exists without the practice to back it up.

It is the same diagnostic Glenn uses with Fortune 500 executives, and it is free. Take it here.

Keynotes, Academy & Books
Does Glenn speak at events?

Yes. Glenn delivers keynotes for leadership audiences, CEO forums, summits and industry events. The 2026 portfolio covers twelve research-backed topics, from the manager crisis and human leadership in the AI era to reinvention readiness and Earning Conviction.

A 20-minute call is enough to match the right keynote to your audience. See the Keynotes page or contact us.

What is the GLLG Online Academy?

Glenn’s complete Leadership in the Age of Personalization framework, available to individuals for the first time. Seven courses move you from the 5 Shifts through the 4 Questions to the signature Earning Conviction program. More than 10,000 leaders have trained with a 98% completion rate.

It is built for mid-career professionals, managers and senior leaders, and HR, talent and OD professionals. Learn more on the Academy page.

Which book should I read first?

Start with the question you are trying to answer. Earning Serendipity for seeing and managing opportunity. The Innovation Mentality for navigating diversity of thought. Leadership in the Age of Personalization for the organizational shifts. Unleashing Individuality for measuring inclusion. Make Reinvention Your Superpower for the six reinvention skills. Earning Conviction is the spine beneath all of them.

They are one methodology in six dimensions. Find them on the Books page.

AI & The Future of Work
How does GLLG help organizations with AI?

We help you use AI to amplify what makes your people irreplaceable rather than standardize them into irrelevance. Our AI services cover four areas: AI literacy and human-AI collaboration, reinvention and adaptive change leadership, leadership development and emotional intelligence, and AI strategy and innovation consulting.

Details on the AI Services page.

Why does personalization matter more in the age of AI?

AI thrives on patterns. The human edge is everything patterns cannot contain: creativity, intuition, individuality and conviction. The leaders who use AI best are not the ones who have mastered the tools. They are the ones who know themselves well enough to know what to delegate and what only they can do.

GLLG built the framework for human-centered performance before AI made it urgent.
